30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll make it right.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return
- Email us at support@goliathgolf.ca with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the item securely and include your return authorization number
- Ship to the address provided — we recommend a trackable shipping method
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges Want a different variant or product? Note it in your return email and we'll get the exchange processed as quickly as possible.
Warranty Claims For product defects or warranty issues, please contact us directly at support@goliathgolf.ca. All products carry manufacturer warranty coverage — 2 years on Scrubi, and standard manufacturer warranties on Clicgear, Alphard Golf, and Easygreen products.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days
